I’ve always wanted to travel. As a child in California, I would dream of seeing everything that was outside of my bedroom. I have PTSD from childhood trauma. Dreaming of traveling gave me the escape I needed to survive. Once I was finally old enough to travel I went! There’ve been times when it’s been a bit more challenging than others, but it’s always a learning experience that creates special memories.

So many times we focus on the destination not the journey. I set out to enjoy it with the day being the destination.
